A Spring Wedding Fair will take place at a unique venue in Crewkerne. The event is being held in St Bartholomew’s Church and in the church hall on Friday May 5th from 6 pm until 9 pm. The interior of the 15th Century parish church has many interesting architectural features for visitors to admire, including Tudor style chapels, illustrious stained glass windows, medieval carvings and is known for its spaciousness and high vaulted ceiling, making it the ideal setting for a Wedding Fair.
Not just for couples who are planning to marry in a church, the evening showcase of wedding attire and accessories will include exhibitions by a wide range of businesses that are essential to make your wedding, a special day in every way. Proceeds from the Wedding Fair will be divided between St Bartholomew’s Church and the Mothers Union Overseas Fund.
Entry to this spectacular evening event is free. Light refreshments will be available, provided by Haselbury Mill. Exhibition spaces are filling up fast but anyone who offers a wedding service, in particular photography, floristry and nail artistry, is invited to contact Ann Cossins on 01460 74330 for more information.
