Crewkerne Area Business Chamber has been hosting a series of breakfast meetings on Marketing, to assist members in promoting their products and services. The first in the series of three early morning meetings, presented by Graham Butcher of Stav Martial Arts, took place in February.
Its success led to two further breakfast marketing events being organised, the second of which took place on March 8th. Graham has studied the principles of marketing for years and works with the KISS marketing strategy. KISS is an acronym for ‘keep it simple, stupid’. It was adopted by the US Navy in 1960 and advocates of its easy to understand methods state: ‘Simplicity is the key goal in design and unnecessary complexity should be avoided’.
CABC’s third breakfast marketing event will be held on Wednesday May 10th from 7.30 am to 9 am at Bilbys in Market Street. Marketing points that will be covered by Graham will include, ‘How often do your best customers hear from you? And looking at the ways in which businesses communicate with their customers on a regular basis. The cost for CABC members is £3.50 and for non-members £5.50. This includes a filled breakfast roll and a hot drink. To reserve your place, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
