LOCAL MUM ACCREDITED TO HELP OTHERS LOSE WEIGHT

Local mum Liz Popham has been accredited to help other people lose weight after losing 3.5 stone through the Cambridge Weight Plan. Liz had always struggled with her weight since she was a teenager and was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. PCOS is a health condition that affects weight gain and weight loss and is also linked to low self-esteem and lack of confidence.

Over the years, Liz has tried other diets with varying success but none of them helped her to maintain the weight loss. She was aware that Cambridge Weight Plan had a studio in the George Shopping Centre in Crewkerne: “I passed their door several times, it was a slow burner. Eventually I went in to enquire and began the Cambridge Weight Plan in April this year. I am still on my journey as I am aiming for a four stone loss of weight.”

In August, Liz decided to train as an independent consultant and has recently been accredited. Backed by her sponsor, Cambridge Weight Plan independent consultant Robyn Muth and a strong supportive medical team and business team, Liz feels highly motivated to carry on. She is very happy with her new look and is looking forward to her new career, helping others to take their first steps on their weight loss journey.

Cambridge Weight Plan is a flexible weight loss programme that contains a number of steps, enabling clients to choose the one that best suits them and their lifestyle. The plan involves different combinations of everyday food and convenient meal replacement products. The company has over 30 years experience and its independent consultants offer one-to-one advice and support before, during and after the weight loss programme.
