CELEBRATE NATIONAL TEA DAY AT CREWKERNE FARMERS MARKET

Celebrate National Tea Day in style at Crewkerne Farmers Market on Saturday April 21st, by visiting Bake Me A Cake at their pop-up vintage tea shop. Tea drinking has proved to be one of the nation’s most popular traditions and Dorset Chai Wallah will be joining the market, fresh from her recent tea sourcing trip. Other producers making their first appearance at Crewkerne Farmers Market in April, will be India In A Jar – spicing things up with their artisan cuisine, Fussels Fine Foods and Nemesis Fish.

The Farmers Market will also be brimming with its regular producers, that include Bower Hinton Farms, Eggardon Rare Breeds, The Somerset Cheese Company, Old Castle Pork, Renegade Monk, North Perrott Fruit Farm, Taylors Traditional Bakers, West Country Water Buffalo and Islebeck Plants.
To encourage more families to visit Crewkerne Farmers Market, organisers have added a family area with children’s activities. Crewkerne Farmers Market takes place from 9 am until 1 pm, on the third Saturday of every month, on the terraces outside of Henhayes Community Centre with plenty of parking available in the South Street public car parks.
