Crewkerne Farmers’ Market welcomes back Daisy Grace Crochet tomorrow, Saturday May 15th, offering a unique range of hats and accessories. The market will also be joined by its first community group this year. Members of Severalls Jubilee Bowls Club will be promoting their forth-coming Open Day on May 31st and selling handmade cards and cushions, trinket boxes and painted stones, which make ideal presents as doorstops or paper weights. The market takes place outside of Crewkerne Town Hall from 9 am until 1 pm.
Somerset Farmers’ Market Co-ordinator, Hannah Palmer said: “We are looking forward to being back in Market Square on Saturday, with lots of local produce especially for you. The market is all about promoting local makers, bakers and growers and we will also be welcoming a local community group each month, so if you’re involved in a group that would like a space in the future, then we’d love to hear from you.”
Regular stall holders, selling locally produced, quality food and drink and flowers who will be attending this month’s Crewkerne Farmers’ Market, include; Ali’s Homemade Produce, Bower Hinton Farm Produce, North Perrott Fruit Farm, Mike’s Pork, White’s of Wick, Buckshaw Milk Sheep, Dorset Dairy Company and In Clover. Please remember to only visit the market if you are feeling well, maintain social distancing, wear a face covering where possible, sanitise your hands and shop alone when you can.
